The Evaluation Research of ISO Standard Adoptive Influence Based on RSR

[摘要] This article starts from the adoptive relationship, evaluates the influence of ISO standards through the 5 evaluation dimensions (strength, width, validity, viscosity and conversion speed of adoption) and 5 objects (China, America, Europe, National Standard Organization and Other Asian Organizations) of this influence. We solve the scores of ISO standards under each influence object using RSR method.
