The effect of supercritical helium natural convection on the temperature stabilityin a cryogenic system
[摘要] With high specific heat and density, supercritical helium can be used to reduce the temperature oscillationand improve temperature stabilityin the low temperature conditions. However, the natural convection ofthe supercritical helium has a complex influence on the suppression of the temperature oscillation. In this paper,a transient three-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out for the natural convection in the cylinder to analyze the effect of natural convection on transferring of temperature oscillation.According to the results of numerical calculation, a cryogenic system cooled by GM cryocooler is designed tostudy the influence of natural convection of supercritical helium on temperature oscillation suppression.
