Activation of phase boundary and current-generating processes in plasma-electrochemical systems
[摘要] Annotation. This paper reviews and presents the principles for implementing a microplasma fuel cell. Conducting work in this direction can in the long run ensure the creation of low-temperature fuel cells that operate without the use of expensive catalysts, ion-separation membranes and are capable of quickly reaching the operating mode.
