Some Properties of the Legendre-Stirling Numbers

[摘要] This paper presents some properties of the Legendre-Stirling numbers of the first and second kinds. A matrix representation of the Legendre-Stirling numbers of the first kind is given. And then we establish the congruence properties of the Legendre-Stirling numbers of these two kinds.
