Fragmentation processes of OCS in collision with highly charged ions
[摘要] Fragmentation of (OCS)3+and (OCS)4+produced by 120 keV Ar8+collision was studied by using a position-sensitive time-of-flight (PS-TOF) method. We identified stepwise processes involving CO2+and CS2+metastable species as well as the concerted process (simultaneous breakup of the two bonds). For the (OCS)4+events, the stepwise processes were found for fragmentation channels containing a doubly-charged terminal atom.
