Generating functional for the Green's functions of a two-flavor bosonic model

[摘要] We examine a simple two-flavor scalar model with a non-diagonal mass matrix. We argue that the conventional definition of the QFT partition function does not allow to evaluate the Green's functions with respect to the flavor vacuum as it favors only the mass vacuum. By using functional-integral techniques, we derive new generating functional for Green's functions on the flavor vacuum.
