Formation of hydrocarbon species and carbon clusters through femtosecond laser ablation of cryogenic solidified methane
[摘要] Femtosecond laser ablation of cryogenically solidified CH4using a peak intensity 8×1014W/cm2at 800 nm has been studied using time of flight mass spectroscopy. Spectra show the presence of hydrocarbon species with molecular mass higher than the original target molecule.
