Decree No. 39 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on collection, recycling and (or) use of packaging waste.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of collection, recycling and (or) use of packaging waste by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with industrial waste classification tables. Waste collection shall be performed by stationary and mobile waste collection points. Use of waste treatment and waste recycling technologies causing formation of resistant organic pollutants shall be prohibited.
