Decree implementing certain provisions of the Act on access to information on environmental issues.

[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, regulates certain provisions according to par. 15a of the Act on access to information on environmental issues and relating to conditions of the use of spatial data relating to the environment. Annex 1 specifies spatial data subjects which should be available through the Geoportal and Annex 2 provide the method of keeping records on the public use.
