[摘要] This Decree validates Sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements “Hygienic requirements for projecting and operation of nuclear plants” aimed at protection of public health in case of the outbreak of nuclear disaster. It shall be applicable to provisions ensuring radiation safety of staff of nuclear plants, population and environment (radiation impact) at nuclear plants equipped with VVER-type reactors.
