[摘要] This Regional Act provides for the rearrangement of the Regional Agency for the Environment in Basilicata (A.R.P.A.B.). The Agency shall be in charge of the promotion sustainable development and shall contribute to improving the environmental quality of the Region. It shall exercise functions relating to public health and environmental protection.
