[摘要] Premier decrees to validate the Regulation. The present Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out state ecological expertise carried out by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and its territorial bodies. Specific objects, determined by the articles 11 and 12 of the Federal Law “On ecological expertise” are subject to state ecological expertise.
