Act amending Act on the Environmental Fund.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments to Act on the Environmental Fund. In particular the present Act establishes the procedure of granting support from the Environmental Fund (replaced art. 9). The Act describes the form and content of application for the support for individual types of subsidies. The support is not granted to an applicant who violated financial discipline in the management of the Environmental Fund or is in liquidation or does not meet requirements laid down in Act on the Environ
