Pakistan Climate Change Act, 2017.

[摘要] This Act, consisting of 19 sections divided into five Chapters, establishes the requirements to meet Pakistan's obligations under international conventions relating to climate change and address the effects of climate change. The Act is divided as follows: Preliminary (Chap. I); Pakistan Climate Change Council (Chap. II); Pakistan Climate Change Authority (Chap. III); Pakistan Climate Change Fund (Chap. IV); Miscellaneous (Chap. V).
