Regional Law No. 657-KZ “On environmental protection”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that land, subsoil, wild fauna and wild flora, other natural resources and natural wealth, shall be subject to protection, rational management and conservation for the future generations. The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure conservation of favourable environment and environmental security on the regional territory.
