Decree No. 2003-03 of the State Tax Committee validating the Regulation on the calculation and payment of environmental fees.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities for the calculation and payment of environmental fees by certain categories of legal persons that manufacture commodities, perform operations or render services for which special modalities of payment are applicable. Environmental charges shall be set at the fixed rate of one percent of the gross expenditure for the activity in question. Non-governmental day care centres shall be exempt from such environmental fees.
