Ports Act.

[摘要] This Act establishes the Mauritius Ports Authority, i.e. the Mauritius Marine Authority established under the Ports Act 1975 shall be deemed to have been established under this Act under the name of the Mauritius Ports Authority. The Act also defines its functions and powers of the Authority and contains rules relative to port services, inspections of vessels and cargos and the management and control of ports.
