[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, regulates the State planning for rural infrastructures environmental licensing to be applied within the State of Bahia. It establishes requirements, terms and conditions to be satisfied in order to obtain an environmental authorization for rural infrastructures and land use planning within the State.
