[摘要] Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Consumer of thermal energy shall be intended natural or legal person purchasing from energy supplying enterprise thermal energy and consuming it for proper needs of uses it for electric energy supply or for other types of entrepreneurial activities”.
