[摘要] This Decree establishes that national institutions responsible for supply of information required for the functioning of emergency situations and natural and technological disasters monitoring system shall carry out: (a) data collection, analysis and processing; (b) information gathering on the sources of emergency situations; (c) keeping of databases on emergencies; (d) forecast of emergencies; and (e) preparation of reports, bulletins and other information materials on by results of monitoring
