[摘要] These Regulations are made under the Protection of the Sea (Oil Pollution Compensation Funds) Act 1993 and implement provisions of that Act in relation with, among other things, registration and enforcement of judgements, jurisdiction and court fees for purposes of provisions of the 2003 Protocol establishing an International Oil Pollution Compensation Supplementary Fund.
