Law No. 463-IV “On state regulation of manufacturing and turnover of some types of petrochemicals”.

[摘要] This Law regulates social relations originating in the process of manufacturing and trade of some types of petrochemicals: petrol and diesel gas oil. State regulation of manufacturing and turnover of petrochemicals shall be performed through: (a) validation of the terms of delivery of crude oil and gas condensate by nature managers to the internal market; (b) validation of oil processing plans; (and) technical regulation in the sphere of manufacturing, processing and turnover of petrochemicals.
