Law on the establishment of a cantonal power station.

[摘要] The purpose of the present Law is to empower the Cantonal Council to opt for a financial contribution to connect to a power plant or to build its own power plant to delivery electricity. The power plant in question shall have the legal form of a public corporation and it shall be under the supervision of the Canton Council. The text consists of 13 articles.
