[摘要] This Decree-Law approves the Statutes of the Ministry of Environment and Territory Management. It consists of 32 articles and 1 annex establishing composition, duties and compentencies of the aforementioned environmental institution, the aim of which is to define, manage and enforce environmental and territory management policy (including water supply and pollution control, in particular for water discharge).
