Decree No. 27 of the Ministry of natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on registration of emissions and negative environmental impact.

[摘要] This Decree establishes that registration of emissions, discharge of polluting substances, waste management practices and other negative environmental impact shall be performed by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the course of their economic activities. Registration shall be based upon data collection, processing and reporting of negative environmental impact. Registered data shall be inserted in ecological certificate of the enterprise.
