[摘要] This Act provides for the preservation of the environment, and for the sound and sustainable development of the national economy by diversifying energy resources through the promotion of technological development, use and diffusion of new and renewable energy, by activating the new and renewable energy industry, and by promoting the stable supply of energy, environment-friendly conversion of the energy structure and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
