Decree No. 7.832 regulating the Incentive Special Regime for the Development of Nuclear Plants (RENUCLEAR).

[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 17 articles, regulates the Incentive Special Regime for the Development of Nuclear Plants (RENUCLEAR), established by articles 14-17 of Law No. 12.431 of 24 June 2011. This financial tool establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from such incentives, aiming at: carry out projects for the implantation of electric energy plants generated by nuclear origin and authorized by the Federal Secretariat for Federal Revenue of the Ministry of Finance.
