[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of 20 articles, sets-up the Institute for Financing Agriculture and Fisheries (IFAP), a body operating under the Ministry for Rural Development and Fisheries. The Decree-Law defines its bodies and internal structure. Moreover, it regulates succession regime of the extinguished institutes, such as IFADAP, INGA, and MADRP.
