Regional Law No. 50-Z “On tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates tourism that shall include also environmental tourism. Basic targets of tourism shall be: (a) to ensure the right of citizens to recreation; (b) to ensure environmental protection and rational use of natural and cultural heritage in the process of tourism; (c) environmental education of tourists; and (d) institution of common database on all tourist sites. State register of tourist sites shall include natural and historical sites.
