Law on the protection of human beings from nuclear power plants.

[摘要] The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection of human beings against nuclear power plants. In particular, article 1 rules that all authorities of the Canton Basel-Stadt shall prevent with all available political and legal means any establishment of nuclear power plants on the territory of the Canton Basel-Stadt or in its vicinity.
