[摘要] The purpose of this regulation is to establish the basic rules, procedures, guidelines and standards to be followed by the various Licensees and all power utilities connected to the Transmission System so as to plan, develop, maintain and ensure secure, reliable and efficient operation of the Transmission System in economic manner.
