Utility Appeals (Rules of Procedure) Order, 2002 (G.S.I. No. 2 of 2002).

[摘要] This Order sets out rules of procedure that shall apply in the case of appeals against decisions of the Director General of Utility Regulation before the Utility Appeals Tribunal established under the Regulation of Utilities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001. The Order also concerns the consolidation of two or more appeals and consent orders of the Tribunal in case of settlement.
