[摘要] The present Regulation enacts the Environment Quality Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the issuing of depollution attestation. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 5 chapters as follows: Application or reapplication for a depollution attestation or application to amend a depollution attestation (I); Public consultation (II); Depollution attestation (III); Obligation of the holder (IV); Final provisions (V).
