[摘要] The present Regulation establishes the modalities of licensing of the management of natural resources to be carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. The following activities shall be subject to licensing: (a) hunting; (b) management of ozone depleting substances; (c) well sinking up to twenty metres deep; (d) waste management of 1-3 categories; (e) environmental audit.
