Decree No. 9.847 of 15 March 1987 instituting the Environment Secretary of State (SEMAM)

[摘要] This Decree provides the institutional structure of the Environment Secretary of State (SEMAM) thus modifying the former Public Works and Environment Secretary of State (SOMA). The Decree, composed of 14 articles, establishes the basic structure and functions of SEMAM under the direction of a General Secretary. It defines its competences, mainly focused on formulation, coordination and implementation of Environmental State Policy.
