Berlin Environmental Impact Assessment Law.

[摘要] The present Law implements the Federal Act implementing the Council Directive of 27 June 1985 (85/337/EEC) on the evaluation of environmental impact in specific public and private projects. Article 2 lists the competent authorities responsible for the issue of an authorization whenever it is required. The text deals with the following issues: participation of experts, administrative proceedings, transitional provisions and entry into force.
