[摘要] This Act provides the requirements for the handling of biocidal products and supervision over compliance with the requirements for the handling of biocidal products. Biocidal products are active substances or preparations containing one or more active substances intended to destroy, deter, render harmless, prevent the action of, or otherwise exert a controlling effect on any harmful organism.
