[摘要] This Decree-Law approves the Strategic Plan for Renewable Energies (PESER). This Strategic Plan, consisting of 2 Sections and 2 Annexes, is a sectoral policy instrument aiming at programming and concretizing the baselines related to the development of renewable energies (in Annex I), guaranteeing a good use of territorial resource, and taking into consideration the energetic efficiency and renewable energy use.
