Amendment to the Environmental Impact Statement Regulations (Chapter 2401-61): Public Review and Comment.

[摘要] Regulation 17 of the principal Regulations is amended so as to add a comma in which power is given to the Board to organize public hearings or to require an applicant to hold a public hearing regarding the project for which a draft environmental impact statement is made.
