[摘要] The Decision authorizes the exportation of natural gas through distribution pipes from Indonesia to other countries, pending the registration by the authorized exporter of the amount to be exported. It also defines the gas measurement unit as the Billion British Thermal Unit (BBTU) and it provides for the monitoring, inspection and auditing of the drilling sites.
