Decree No. 13 of 2002 of the Ministry of Transport and Water Affaires on certain requirements regarding maritime ships transporting hazardous or polluting substances and entering or leaving harbours or sailing in territorial seas.

[摘要] This Decree shall apply not only to maritime ships transporting hazardous or polluting substances and entering or leaving harbours and sailing in territorial seas, but also to the captain and manager of the ship, and to the shipping company who despatched the hazardous or polluting goods. The Decree determines in the annexes the documents, containing information on the hazardous or polluting shipment and in general on the ship, to be produced to the harbour authority before entering and leaving
