[摘要] This Law governs the issues of electric and thermal energy production, distribution and use. The Law consists of five Chapters divided into 21 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) state management and regulation of the energy sector; (3) centralized efficient-dispatch management; (4) energy supply; (5) electric energy management in emergency situations.
