Regional Law No. 45 “On tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes modalities and principles of tourism, establishes competence of state bodies in the sphere of tourism and the modalities of rational management of tourist resources. State bodies shall create favourable conditions for the promotion of ecological and rural tourism. The scope of tourism shall be to ensure the right of citizens to recreation, conservation of the objects of cultural heritage and favourable environment.
