[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the energy industry law. Article 1 establishes that the enforcement of the Federal Energy Industry Act (BGBl. I , p. 1970) is incumbent upon the Ministry of Energy of the Land North Rhine Westphalia. The text consists of 3 articles.
