[摘要] This Resolution, consisting of 18 articles and four Annexes, regulates the use of chemical dispersants in oil pollution incidents at sea. IBAMA will establish, through Norm, the procedures and requirements necessary to obtain the registration of the chemical dispersants. The application of these dispersants to respond to oil pollution incidents at sea must be previously communicated to IBAMA.
