Law No. 2548 on ship sanitation control exemption certificate.

[摘要] This Law shall apply to ships navigating and anchoring in the Turkish ports, departing from Turkish ports to foreign ports or acrossing the straits. This Law sets forth provisions on sanitary control exemption, ship sanitary certification, prohibitions and restrictions, and charges for inspection and issue of ship sanitary control exemption certificate or ship sanitary control certificate.
