[摘要] This Act provides among other things, for the establishment of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, the administration of maritime safety and security maritime labour, pollution of the marine environment, shipping registration and commercial shipping. The Act also establishes the Maritime Fund for the support of objectives and functions of the Agency.
