[摘要] This Order amends the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2009 so as to include electricity generated from enhanced wave and tidal stream technologies as an energy source entitled to a renewables obligation certificate issued by the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority under a renewables obligation order made by the Scottish Ministers.
