Law No. 11.909 on natural gas transport activities and other provisions.

[摘要] This Law is composed of eight Chapters divided in 60 articles. It rules on natural gas transport activities (including their concessions) as well as on the treatment, processing, storing, liquefaction, re-gasification and marketing of natural gas. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of import/export activities and to all infrastructural aspects related to the transport process.
