[摘要] These Regulations give effect to a revision of 2010 of Annex III of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships as amended by the 1978 Protocol and as further amended by a resolution of the Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) of the International Maritime Organization.
